Henry Cavill Man Of Steel Workout
Superman: Man of Steel is expected to be released in December of 2012, but there is already a lot of talk about Henry Cavaill and his Man of Steel Workout.
Henry Cavill has a lead role in the new superhero movie, Man of Steel, which is based on the Superman comics if you couldn’t guess. He just finished shooting for Immortals, a visually epic adventure similar to the movie 300. In fact, Man of Steel is made by the same producers.
Zack Snyder’s new movie is fully titled Superman: Man of Steel. A hot topic regarding the movie is Henry Cavill getting in shape to play Superman. He has just finished training with Mark Twight, the personal trainers who trained the guys in 300, to look jaw-droppingly ripped for his role as Theseus in Immortals. But the Man of Steel workout is going to be different from the Immortals workout. Superman has a traditionally buff look and Henry will need to hit the gym hard.
The Man of Steel Workout
This is not to get confused with the Zacheven-esh Man of Steel workout which is another great, hardcore workout routine to get in excellent physical shape.
Their Man of Steel workout routine follows 11 training principles:
1. Train like an animal – This means moving your body as animal would- running, umping sprinting, crawling and climbing
2. Powerlift – Powerfliting is the cornerstone of strength training. You’re going to have to squat, bench press and deadliest.
3. Maximize bodyweight training – The Man of Steel workout has you mastering mixed gripped push-ups and pull ups.
4. Perform hybrid workouts – THe man of steel workout also has you cross training. You must be able to mix various training elements together: Powerlifting, gymnastic based bodyweight movements, Olympic dumbbell lifts and bodyweight movements,etc.

Zack Snyder talk about Henry’s new Man of Steel workout routine to get in shape for Man of Steel, “Henry’s going to be hitting the iron pretty hard.” He goes on to say, THey’ve put him on a plan. He’s started in England and as of APril 1st, we have him full time with use for all that training.”
It is very likely that Superman will take on a very active, physical fighting role. The director’s previous works includes very elaborate fighting and action sequences.
Man of Steel Workout Alternative
Someone guys don’t necessarily like the Superman: Man of Steel look because they’ll look too buff. They prefer a more muscular, leaner, ‘hollywood’ look. A lot of people say that the ideal physique is the Henry Immortals look.
